The Dubai Digital Skills Strategy aims to balance the supply and demand of digital skills in Dubai by engaging with government and private sectors to identify digital skills demand, in addition to capitalizing on data driven approaches to quantify the cities digital skills demand. The strategy aims to formulate a digital skills framework that is led by the government and supported by the private sector. Working with digital skills providers to boost the supply of digital skills and utilize international partnerships to bring new digital skills programs in addition to collaboratively sourcing global talent.
